    President Choice (PC) “Shine Bright” and “Sweater Weather” To-Go Tumblers

    Product description

    This recall involves the President Choice (PC) branded “Shine Bright” and “Sweater Weather” To-Go Tumblers.

    The “Shine Bright” To-Go Tumbler is white with a crystal design, gold lettering and a pink lid. The “Sweater Weather” To-Go Tumbler is red and black plaid with gold lettering and a black lid.

    Both tumblers can be identified with the model number PC 18144037 and UPC 058703567245.

    Hazard identified

    The electroplating on the mugs may cause sparks and fire if placed in the microwave, posing a fire hazard.

    As of May 22, 2019, the company has received 1 report of a microwave fire in Canada, and no reports of injuries.
